ESSENTIAL DUTIES Support clients with valuation advice Undertake the execution of valuations of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies and corporate clients Able to independently process indicatives, inspections and relevant data sourcing Prepare valuation reports Participate and executive in business sourcing and development activities Keep abreast of industry best practices and market trends REQUIREMENTS From entry‐level to up to 5 years of relevant experience Graduates in Real Estate from Polytechnics / Universities are invited to apply.
