About the Role We are looking for a strategic and data‐driven Digital Media Manager to lead RHB Singapore's digital marketing and performance strategy. This role will drive always‐on brand and marketing campaigns, digital acquisition, and customer engagement across all online touchpoints. You will be responsible for optimising media spend, enhancing campaign effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with banking standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, social, email, SMS, mobile app, and web). Develop and manage content and engagement strategies across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok). Optimise paid media performance across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic, ensuring efficient use of budgets. Build and manage dashboards and reporting to uncover actionable insights and translate complex metrics into clear business recommendations. Analyse ongoing performance to identify campaign trends and insights for ROIs and ROAS. Partner with business stakeholders to support acquisition, cross‐sell, retention, and digital adoption goals. Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor activity, and new platforms to drive innovation. Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory and corporate governance standards. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, or social media management, preferably in financial services or regulated industries. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Programmatic Advertising. Proven track record in driving awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition through digital campaigns. Excellent skills in stakeholder management, content planning, and data‐driven decision‐making. Strong understanding of compliance and governance in marketing communications. Key Performance Indicators Increase in brand awareness and engagement year‐on‐year. Measurable growth in customer acquisition and digital adoption from online campaigns. Improved ROMI and campaign efficiency across platforms. High‐quality, timely delivery of dashboards and performance reports.
