What the role is: Coordinate national-level Care Transformation (CT) efforts to manage demand age-specific utilisation, reviewingprogrammes for effectiveness and identifying next bound solutions for the issues to be resolved Collaborate with stakeholders to drive care transformation outcomes, sharing best practices to drive caretransformation outcomes with internal stakeholders and Clusters Support mainstreaming of successful pilots (supported by programme evaluations), including working throughfinancing, funding and IT requirements Deskhead for MOHT What we are looking for: A degree in healthcare management, public health, health analytics, or a related field Experience in strategic planning, service capacity analysis, or related areas is preferred Proficiency in analysing and interpreting datasets to identify trends and develop actionable insights Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams Ability to manage projects and coordinate efforts across multiple internal and external stakeholders Key Competencies Required: Thinking Clearly & Making Sound Judgements – Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to support the crafting ofsound policy recommendations; ability to grasp timelines, operating context and ground realities Learning & Putting Skills into Action – Possesses the drive and curiosity to learn and apply new skills, knowledge andnew ways of working Improving & Innovating – Ability to seek continual improvements, and to innovate and experiment while managing therisks involved Working Effectively with Stakeholders – Ability to mobilise and rally partners and stakeholders towards a collectivepurpose As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergofurther assessment.
