Student Care Support the daily operations of the centre, including both administrative and teaching duties Ensure a seamless customer care experience for both prospective and existing clientele (from handling enquiries and collecting payments, to maintaining good relationships with existing clientele)Ensure the overall safety and effectiveness of the learning environment Prepare progress reports for students on a termly basis B. Holistic Enrichment Prepare materials and deliver enrichment lessons for students on designated days Plan and facilitate special events and/or excursions during MOE-scheduled school holidays C.
