Job Description To prepare design calculations for building facade using design software. Perform structural calculations and simulations to ensure compliane with relevant building code and specification. To work with design team and quantity surveyor team to provide solutions to structural issues of facade works. Review architectural drawings and develop feasible facade design solutions that meet design intent and buildability. Collaborate with with consultants, PE & AC on structural matters and ensure item tally with shop drawing for submission. Responsible and preparation for BCA submission for approval. To maintain and upkeep records in accordance to ISO / OHSAS procedures. To carry out any other works / function assigned by the management from time to time or as and when is required. Requirement Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Proficient in structural analysis software Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural plans. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
