Job Description

A pivotal role in manufacturing operations is available, requiring a Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the production process and ensure timely delivery of high-quality metal fabrications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all production activities, including maintenance and personnel management.
  • Evaluate performance and provide feedback to production staff (quality inspectors, operators, welders).
  • Plan and schedule production to meet target deadlines.
  • Maintain factory equipment and manage inventory effectively.
  • Assist and act as backup for CNC/pressbrake programmers/operators, general workers, and welders during absences or urgent tasks.
  • Ensure internal department workflow and document tracking are up-to-date.
  • Verify and complete projects accurately.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical diploma or equivalent engineering discipline.
  • Proficiency in reading fabrication drawings.
  • At least 6 years of experience in sheet metal production with deep knowledge of production management.
  • Solidworks/Autocad knowledge is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Welding experience and CNC pressbrake machine programming operation required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with various departments and external suppliers.
