Roles and Responsibilities
Software Engineer, CIP Platform (Content, Insights & Policy)
The Software Engineer will be part of a multidisciplinary team comprising developers, designers, and product owners to create impactful products and services.
What The Software Engineer Will Be Working On
The ideal candidate should be skilled in Infrastructure as Code, Continuous Deployment, Deployment Testing, and proficient in TypeScript, using frameworks like NextJS and VueJS. Familiarity with GitLab Pipelines, Terraform, AWS, Azure, and experience with React, web components, and Rust is advantageous.
Design scalable architectures
Write clean, maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and pair programming
Write tests
Work with various technologies including NextJS, , TypeScript, React, React Native
Address diverse technical challenges
Engage in tech-sharing sessions and retrospectives
Collaborate with Scrum Master to foster a positive team culture

Preferred qualifications include a Degree or Diploma in relevant fields, experience with modern web stacks, familiarity with best practices, automated testing, and database management.
