Software Architect for Scalable AI Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned software architect with expertise in supply chain AI solutions and a profound understanding of end-to-end software architecture, packaging, and deployment.

This role is pivotal in creating scalable AI solutions that not only address core supply chain challenges but can also be securely deployed in client environments while safeguarding our intellectual property.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Architectural skills to design and build end-to-end AI-driven systems that seamlessly integrate research models into robust, scalable business solutions anchored by clear, domain-specific logic.
  • The ability to translate business and retail-specific requirements into scalable and reusable software components.
  • Experience in designing and developing modular, portable, and production-ready code deployable across cloud platforms or on-premise.
  • Skills to define and enforce software architecture patterns, coding standards, and DevOps/MLOps best practices across the engineering team.
  • Ability to review code, lead design sessions, and ensure team deliverables meet security, performance, and maintainability standards.
  • A track record of leading internal knowledge sharing and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Leadership experience in guiding team members to develop solutions for clients' business problems.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
  • Proficiency in Python and core technical stacks, including scientific computing libraries (NumPy, pandas, SciPy), databases (SQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL; NoSQL: e.g., MongoDB), and testing frameworks (PyTest or equivalent).
  • Experience deploying software in cloud and on-prem environments using Docker, K8s, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with secure code packaging practices (e.g., compiled binaries, encrypted containers, license enforcement).
  • Deep understanding of OOP, architecture, microservices, API design, clean code, and versioning.
  • Previous experience with AI model deployment to production and inventory optimization, demand forecasting, or supply chain AI solutions is an advantage.
