Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

This is a senior-level role for an accomplished financial strategist who can lead our team to success.

  • We are looking for an exceptional individual to recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of financial planners.
  • The ideal candidate will plan and execute strategies for business growth and recruitment, while ensuring proper documentation of financial products and applications.
  • They must also ensure staff complete compulsory training and development programs, provide coaching, mentoring, and performance assessments, and maintain accurate records for audits and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, develop, and supervise a team of financial planners. Build a professional, competent, and productive team. Monitor team compliance, productivity, and sales targets.
  • Business Growth: Plan and execute strategies for business growth and recruitment. Develop a sustainable client base. Perform personal sales to remain current.
  • Documentation and Quality: Ensure proper documentation of financial products and applications. Validate transactions to ensure client affordability and product suitability. Monitor quality and persistency of business.
  • Training and Development: Ensure staff complete compulsory training and development programs. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance assessments. Maintain accurate records for audits and reviews.

Personal Development:

  • Stay up-to-date through training, coaching, and professional development courses.
  • Complete required training programs, such as the Manager Builder and AMTC Programme.
  • Obtain professional qualifications, such as the ChFC or CLU.
