What the day will look like Accountable for projects to ensure they're delivered with quality, accuracy and efficiency. Lead and manage projects with a high degree of personal involvement in delivery to ensure that the project delivers against the client needs Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor Working with Senior Leaders internally to support in project origination, proposal write-up and project delivery. Proactively contribute to new initiatives and business development efforts Review team members' analysis work and act as technical review for client deliverables. Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to team members. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferably Business, Economics, Statistics or Finance). Experience in statistics, finance, research or human resources field will be an added advantage. Minimum 5 years of technical experience in executive / reward advisory with expertise in specific areas such as Long-Term Incentive Plan Design, KPI Design, Sales Incentive design, etc. Experience in leading and delivering projects with minimal supervision from senior colleagues. Ability to collaborate well with colleagues across different teams and geographies in a fast-paced, consulting environment Flexibility to work in situations where there is no specific right answer and a willingness to work outside of your personal comfort zone Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, for interactions with clients and colleagues.
