Responsibilities Providing legal advice and support in a wide range of international (ex-China) employment matters including advising on employment legal and regulatory matters, with opportunities to branch out to cover other areas within the overseas legal center, if interested; Providing legal insight from an employment regulatory perspective to help the company identify and evaluate risks associated with new or complex business activities; Managing the company's compliance with applicable labor laws by coordinating with relevant internal departments and business units and liaising with external counsel. Requirements At least 5 years PQE (qualified in Hong Kong, Singapore, US, UK or other comparable common law jurisdiction); Employment legal experience in-house or in law firms; Prior regional experience working on related matters in the technology field will be a plus; Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills; Proactive approach and able to handle matters independently; Sound interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate within a team; Fluency in spoken and written English and proficient command of Chinese in order to communicate with various stakeholders in headquarters.
