Silicon Photonics Quality Specialist

Job Description
Maintain and oversee end-to-end quality management systems for silicon photonic chips, from design input to test and shipment. Manage quality documentation, including SOPs, WIs, and inspection standards, and lead/participate in NCR and ECN validation.
Run test-line controls, including test-data monitoring, SPC, and abnormality handling. Perform Gage R&R of test systems and validate/test programs for accuracy and reliability.
Conduct quality audits and supplier performance monitoring, as well as continuous improvement with wafer fabs and key suppliers. Handle customer feedback through RCCA and timely 8D reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Microelectronics/Optoelectronics/Mechanical/Quality (Master's a plus).
- Prior QE experience in a chip design company or FAB/foundry environment.
- Proficient in tools like Excel/Minitab/JMP.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and semiconductor QMS.
- Solid statistical analysis, documentation control, and cross-functional communication skills.
