Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage, data centres, private credit and special opportunities.**Job Description**You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management, Singapore.**Responsibilities*** Support the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas* Prepare management reports and board papers* Carry out annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the REIT’s portfolio including overseas portfolio* Support initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functions**Requirements*** Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.* Possess strong analytical and financial skills* Proficient in Microsoft Excel application* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**Benefits**
