Job Description Under the guidance of the Senior Spa Attendant, the Spa Attendant is responsible for the hygiene, cleanliness and sanitisation of the spa and gym, orienting guests with the spa facilities, greeting guests upon entry, and providing personal guest service. The Spa Attendant also maintains the lounges, lockers and other guest areas, keeping them neat, clean and well stocked with all amenities. Primary Responsibilities Maintain knowledge of all spa features and services and all wet and dry areas. Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance according to the checklist: greet guests, accommodate requests, manage linen, towels and guest amenities, keep floors swept, mopped, vacuumed and polished, clean doors, frames, glass, mirrors, signage, vents, reception counters, toilets and shower areas, disinfect restrooms, and remove graffiti or marks. Maintain treatment rooms: sweep, mop tile floors, vacuum, empty trash and replace liners nightly. Assist with linen retrieval, folding, stocking, and setting up water stations before guests arrive. Ensure overall spa meets health and safety standards, open spa professionally, report faults and defects, maintain equipment sanitation. Enforce spa housekeeping/presentation checklist, replenish towels and linens, maintain general cleanliness of lounge, pantry, corridor, and changing area. Qualifications Minimum one year experience in customer service, hospitality or the spa industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to communicate clearly and fluently in English.
