To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and timelines. Prior experience with tools such as Illustrator, Autocad, or Sketch-up is an added advantage but not necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertake design projects from conceptualization to completion
  • Advise clients on space planning and design concepts
  • Generate quotations based on clients' requirements
  • Scheduling and coordination for renovation
  • Assist in material proposal and products sourcing
  • Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation
  • Travel to renovation sites during the renovation period
  • Develop and maintain productive and effective relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Full commission-based job

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, sales driven, and highly self-motivated
  • Able to multitask and handle multiple projects and timelines
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Able to handle client inquiries even during off-work hours and weekends
