Overview The Role This is an opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best in the business, reporting directly to our Group ECD based in Singapore. We’re looking for a team player ready to step up to take the creative lead on projects. Working in ‘concept first’ mode, generating brilliant creative ideas that turn into unique brand designs, you consider the bigger strategic picture with a clear logic and vision. The range of work is varied, including B2B branding, editorial and digital design across multiple sectors, with projects around the region including Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines. Responsibilities Generate brilliant creative concepts and fresh ideas. Make presentations to your team leaders and directly clients. Refine and develop all aspects of a confirmed design concept into a unique design system through to final delivery. Communicate your solutions clearly and be prepared to defend your work. Consult internally with Brand Strategy, Creative and Client Servicing teams to agree on the brand strategy, creative direction, timelines and other project parameters. Support in the creation of SR’s own presentations and marketing materials. Deliver design solutions within specified, approved schedules and resources. Oversee freelancers and vendors. Support junior designers to learn and grow. About You Fluency in spoken and written English Confident in presenting your ideas and articulating your creative thinking 5+ years of experience in brand building Visual storyteller with a passion for brand creation and crafting of brand stories Strong editorial and typography skills and comfortable in both traditional and digital spaces An eye for photography and experiences in art direction Experience in creating animations, videos and digital user interfaces You have intimate working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Figma You’re self-motivated, organised, accountable and thrive in a multi-cultural environment Your attitude is respectful, collaborative and positive You have a good sense of humour Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion At SR, we believe an equitable and inclusive work environment—where everyone feels valued and respected—is the foundation for delivering on our purpose.
