Together, we nurture healthy minds for happy families. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Producer. The Video Producer will be responsible for managing all aspects of video production, including concept development, scripting, filming, and editing. The role includes creating motion graphics, performing video post-production, and working with multimedia content. The Video Producer will ensure that all video content aligns with MommyGo's mission and supports the mental and emotional well-being of mothers and their families. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Content Creation Plan, script, and edit short-form videos for Little Red Book, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Adapt tone and style to suit different audiences and platforms Optimize content for virality and engagement 2. Course & Educational Video Production Edit professional online mental health course videos for global Chinese audiences Work closely with instructors to ensure content clarity and professionalism Add bilingual subtitles, graphics, and animations for a polished learning experience 3. Creative Development & AI Integration Draft storyboards and scripts aligned with MommyGO’s educational mission Use AI and automation tools (such as Runway, Pika Labs, Sora, or similar) to enhance workflow efficiency Continuously explore new creative formats, trends, and storytelling styles Work closely with our design, marketing, and psychology teams Provide creative input in content brainstorming meetings Maintain high standards of consistency and brand identity across all videos What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or above in animation, film production, visual communication , or related fields Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)At least 2 years of experience in video production or social media content creation Skilled in using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software Strong understanding of social media storytelling and audience psychology Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, sound, and emotion in video editing Familiar with AI-assisted or automated video production tools Passionate about mental health, family wellbeing, and social impact content Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects remotely What We Offer Competitive salary (paid in RMB) and Bonus Flexible remote working hours Collaborative and creative international team Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that improve real lives Long-term growth in a fast-developing digital health & education field How to Apply Please send your resume and video portfolio to: Applications without a video portfolio will not be reviewed.
