What the role is You take charge of a wide range of applied psychological research projects and services. What you will be working on Manage applied psychological research projects Provide professional support to improve organisational readiness and effectiveness Plan and manage research projects Supervise junior staff on assigned projects (potential leadership role)Facilitate organisational improvements through psychological insights Conduct and analyse psychological research relevant to the organisation Challenge(s): Staying current with latest developments in applied psychology What we are looking for Education in Psychology Aptitude for applied psychological research Good interpersonal skills Understanding of organisational psychology principles Research design and methodology skills Membership in the Singapore Psychological Society is preferred (Applicants with no experience may apply.)Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
