Job Description:
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled API/SDK Integration Specialist to join us urgently. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integrations for advertisers and publishers through our SDK and API platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and troubleshoot API integrations for new advertisers and publishers.
Support and resolve technical issues related to SDK integrations for publishers.
Collaborate with the product and technical teams to streamline onboarding processes and enhance integration efficiency.
Provide valuable feedback to improve solutions and support services.
Strong programming skills and a good understanding of relevant technologies.
Fluent in English and Chinese (speaking, writing, and communicating effectively).
Must-Have Tech Qualifications:
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or Ruby.
Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, with experience in SDK development.
Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving API and SDK integration issues.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their APIs.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including SSL/TLS, and DNS.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in the ad tech industry.
Background in gaming.
