Cafe Server Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cafe Server. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional beverage experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling orders and transactions via point-of-sale systems.
  • Preparing various beverages to the highest standards.
  • Participating in research and development for new seasonal drinks.
  • Maintaining product consistency in taste and quality.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of drinkware and equipment.
  • Tracking stock levels.
  • Supporting the team during events.

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Training will be provided to equip candidates with the necessary skills.
  • Prior experience working in a cafe environment is considered an advantage.

Work Environment:

  • Location: Singapore.
  • Working hours: 5.5 days per week, with varied shifts including AM (7:30 am - 4 pm) and PM (11 am - 8 pm) on weekdays, and standard hours on Saturdays.
