Job Summary We are looking for a highly organized Project Engineer to manage system migration projects to a cloud-based platform for one of our esteemed clients. The role involves coordinating teams, tracking progress, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless project delivery. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and facilitate project meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Track project progress, monitor risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Prepare agendas, capture minutes, follow up on action items, and report progress to management and stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations. Manage project budgets in collaboration with the Finance team. Facilitate design and technical review sessions with contractors and cloud architects, incorporating feedback into deliverables. Drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations and lessons learned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator in technology or system migration projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office for Windows. Relevant project management experience in transit or large‐scale technology systems will be a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership, analytical, problem‐solving, and decision‐making abilities. Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing requirements. Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud migration practices.
