Senior Manager, Application Development (SIT-Connects)

Purpose

SIT has developed a new digital platform, SIT-Connects, built on Salesforce Education Cloud, to enhance learner management and integrate with other operations. This role is crucial for optimizing the Salesforce platform and advancing SIT's digital capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and experience in application development.

Responsibilities

  • Document user stories, analyze business requirements, and design Salesforce solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions following Salesforce best practices.
  • Support project teams during implementation.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal Salesforce performance.
  • Use business process design and requirements analysis to improve SIT-Connects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, and project management; Salesforce Education Cloud knowledge is a plus.
  • Proactive, analytical, and quality-focused.
  • Result-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with a customer-focused approach.
