If you share the same passion to pursue excellence, join us to make an impact and be part of something specialRole Summary Youwillberesponsibletodeliverrobustandefficientsemiconductormanufacturingprocesswithdata drivenanalyticsandsystemicproblem-solvingskillsinthe Thin Film (CVDand/orCMP)Key Responsibilities Maintainsmoothdailymanufacturingoperationsandproblemsolveissuespromptly Activelycollaboratewithequipmentandmaterialsuppliersandpartnerstoidentify technologydeficiencies;develop,evaluate,andvalidatecorrectiveandpreventive solutions. Qualifyandsustainmanufacturingprocessestoscaleupcapacityswiftlyandmaintain withqualityandurgency. Leadeffortstocontinuouslyimproveprocessstabilityandcapability,enhancequality, reliability,yield,productivity,andsafetystandards. Designandexecuteexperiments,analysecomplexdatasets,andderiveactionable insightstooptimizemanufacturingprocessesandprecisecontrols Analyze production anomalies and maintaining/improving statisticalprocesscontrol (SPC) methodstoestablishandupholdrobust manufacturingprocesses. Analyzing faults and improving yield for new and mass-production products Qualifications Abachelor'sdegreeorhigherinElectricalandElectronicsEngineering,Chemical Engineering,MaterialsScience,Physics,orarelatedSTEMfield Minimumof3yearsofexperienceasThin Film ProcessEngineer,possessingin-depthknowledge;Experienceworkingina12"fabwouldbeadvantageous Proficiency with AMAT Producer or Centura/LAM Vector machines in the CVD area, with over one year of experience with 12-inch tools Experience in installing and verifying Producer & Centura/Ebara F-REX300SII Key Skills and Attributes Goodinterpersonalandcommunicationskillstoworkeffectivelyacrossfunctionsand geographicalteamswithdiversebackground. Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillstoachievepositiveresultsand outcome. Goaldrivenandanexcellentteamplayerthatcanworkunderpressureinadynamicand fast-pacedenvironment.
