The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management within high-availability environments. You will be responsible for delivering data center projects on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead end-to-end data center construction projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.* Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.* Manage internal teams, external vendors, contractors, engineers, and consultants.* Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, codes, and standards.* Ensure all permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met.* Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and risk factors.* Oversee quality control, health and safety, and change management processes.* Manage financial tracking, budget adherence, and cost optimization.* Coordinate commissioning and integration of electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.* Ensure project documentation, closeout reports, and handover to operations are completed.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.* 5–10+ years of project management experience, ideally in data center or critical infrastructure environments.* Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with mechanical and electrical complexity.* PMP, or equivalent certification preferred.* Strong working knowledge of tools like MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD/Revit, and BIM.* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.DayOne is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
