Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven creator operation strategies to enhance user experience.
Build a sustainable content ecosystem and formulate detailed operational plans based on data analysis, ensuring implementation, tracking, and evaluation of effectiveness, with adjustments as needed.
Manage ecosystem-related projects, including planning, progress tracking, and resource coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Monitor progress, report regularly on project status and bottlenecks, and propose solutions to challenges.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis and modeling to identify business issues and opportunities for optimization.
Build statistical and machine learning models to support algorithm strategy formulation and implementation.
Establish quality monitoring systems to ensure algorithm accuracy and effectiveness.
Collaborate with product, technical, and operations teams to optimize algorithms and achieve business goals.
Requirements
Over 5-8 years of experience in algorithm development, data analysis, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Strong skills in data analysis and logical thinking, with proficiency in Python, R, and SQL preferred.
Experience handling large-scale data sets is advantageous.
Ambitious, goal-oriented, self-motivated, capable of working independently and with remote global teams.
Up-to-date with trends and best practices in relevant marketing and crypto fields.
This is a full-time remote position.
