Role Purpose From a social media angle this role is responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content for use across social media platforms. This includes photography and videography (particularly short-form content like Reels and TikToks). The role involves assisting with photoshoot planning and execution, staying across trends, and supporting the broader content strategy to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence online. It also includes maintaining community engagement on social media. From a marketing angle, this role is responsible for helping with copywriting and creativity in EDMs, signage printing/creative and campaign ideation/execution. Roles and Responsibilities Content Production & Curation – Create, edit, and publish high-quality visual content (photos, videos, and graphics) tailored for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals. Photoshoot Planning & Execution – Assist in planning and coordinating photoshoots, including developing shot lists, sourcing props, scouting locations, and collaborating with photographers, videographers, and stylists. On-Site Photoshoot Support – Be hands-on during shoots by directing content capture, styling products, organizing equipment, and ensuring smooth execution to achieve the desired creative vision. Short-Form Video & Reels Creation – Develop engaging short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, Stories) to enhance audience engagement, leveraging trends and platform best practices. Creative Concept Development – Brainstorm and pitch new creative ideas for social media content and campaigns ensuring fresh and innovative storytelling that resonates with the audience and drives engagement. Copy writing – Write copy for EDMs, signage and internal communications. Community Engagement – Reply to DMs and comments on Instagram and Tiktok. #J-18808-Ljbffr
