Your role will involve engaging with Mandarin speaking clients on social media, identifying their business objectives and requirements, and offering tailored digital marketing strategies. Job responsibilities: Contact and collaborate with new and existing Small to Medium Business (SMB) clients to improve advertisement performance and drive sales opportunities via telephone, chat and email. Serving clients by providing customized digital marketing plans and market insights for advertisers ranging from all industries in social media platforms to yield the best results. Work with vendors to support advertising customers, product consulting and coaching. Perform data analysis, suggest improvements to client's plans, and support business growth. Responsible for understanding customer trends, partner support, process enhancements and workflow improvements. Produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the products. Perform other duties or task when assigned.
