The Opportunity Conduct inspections of both existing and new build façade and diagnose problems on completed buildings and inspect repair works. Witness tests such as visual mock-ups, waterproofing, glass strengthening, and performance prototypes. Review Sub-Contractor design for compliance and quality. Attend technical and progress meetings on-site, including visits to supplier's factories, both locally and overseas. Support the firm's compliance in maintaining ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 requirements. At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive. Polytechnic diploma in buildings or related field with relevant experience in façade and construction. Rope access trained with IRATA certification is preferred. Those without relevant certification can be sent for training. Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
