Location : Willingness to travel between Tampines and Woodland Working Hours : 5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)Willingness to commit to extended hours when required Job Description Coordinate and manage CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works for high-tech facilities (e.g., semiconductor fabs, data centers, cleanrooms)Assist the CSA Manager or Project Manager in planning, executing, and completing CSA scope on time and within budget Review and validate CSA drawings, specifications, and construction documents Monitor on-site CSA construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and safety regulations Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal disciplines (e.g., MEP, process) to resolve technical and site issues Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of works as per schedule Support procurement of CSA-related materials and subcontractor coordination Track and report CSA progress, issues, and deliverables to project management Ensure adherence to project quality assurance and control processes Participate in design coordination and constructability review meetings Support testing, commissioning, and handover of CSA works Any other duties as assigned Requirements Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data center projects Familiar with local codes and regulations (e.g., BCA, SCDF requirements)Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or similar software is a plus Able to work in a fast-paced, construction site environment The candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Candidates with good experience will be considered for a higher role, and the salary will be commensurate accordingly #J-18808-Ljbffr
