"Temporary Support Specialist" Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the public email inbox and ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Prepare and respond to public queries and feedback via email in a professional tone.
- Elevate and report complex cases to supervisor for guidance.
- Maintain records of user enquiries/issues and replies.
- Monitor email trends to identify common questions or issues and suggest improvements to the FAQs list.
- Track and update completion of e-learning quiz on Excel.
- Elevate cases of non-completion to supervisor for guidance.
- Generate reports and statistics.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners on event coordination and feedback.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist in ad-hoc matters when necessary.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good writing skills.
- Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills.
- Past experience in responding to public queries and/or using a CRM system is advantageous.

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm
Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
