Job Title:

"Temporary Support Specialist" Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the public email inbox and ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and respond to public queries and feedback via email in a professional tone.
  • Elevate and report complex cases to supervisor for guidance.
  • Maintain records of user enquiries/issues and replies.
  • Monitor email trends to identify common questions or issues and suggest improvements to the FAQs list.
  • Track and update completion of e-learning quiz on Excel.
  • Elevate cases of non-completion to supervisor for guidance.
  • Generate reports and statistics.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners on event coordination and feedback.
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
  • Assist in ad-hoc matters when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Past experience in responding to public queries and/or using a CRM system is advantageous.
