Solution Architect – Customer Value Management (CVM)Zycus is looking for Solution Architects , Solutions Consultants , or Implementation Consultants for our Customer Value Management (CVM)team. The role is ideal for seasoned Solution Architects in Procurement (S2P/P2P)who want to leverage their design, consulting, and advisory experience to drive measurable business outcomes for customers post‐implementation. As a CVM, you will use your deep expertise in Source‐to‐Pay, Procure‐to‐Pay, Procurement Transformation, and CLM to design value roadmaps, optimize procurement platforms, and ensure customers maximize ROI. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients—providing thought leadership, best practices, and governance—while influencing solution adoption, scalability, and integration with broader business objectives. Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders (CPOs, CFOs, CIOs) to align procurement technology adoption with business objectives and KPIs Define customer value roadmaps and ensure measurable ROI realization from procurement solutions Conduct value workshops, process benchmarking, and maturity assessments Advise on best practices across S2P/P2P/CLM processes and procurement transformation Leverage Solution Architect background to guide customers on system capabilities, scalability, and optimization Identify gaps in adoption and recommend configuration/enhancement strategies Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap based on customer needs Ensure seamless integration of procurement solutions with ERP/financial systems Own overall customer health, adoption, and value delivery for key accounts Drive expansion opportunities (cross‐sell, up‐sell) by linking solution capabilities to business priorities Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to ensure continuous improvement and innovation Develop executive‐level reports and deliverables showcasing achieved value Qualifications 10–15 years of experience in Procurement/S2P/P2P domain with at least 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant Strong background in procurement solution design, configuration oversight, and architecture Deep understanding of procurement transformation, supplier management, CLM, spend analysis, and digitalisation Exceptional client engagement and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C‐level executives Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes and quantify value delivery Experience in change management, process re‐engineering, and maturity assessment Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to drive executive conversations Preferred Qualifications Certifications in leading procurement suites (Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP SMART, Jaggaer, etc.)Prior experience in Customer Success, Value Management, or Advisory roles Exposure to global procurement transformation programs Why Join Zycus Zycus Cloud Product Company: We are a cloud SaaS company, building products with the latest technologies like ML and AI.
