Enrichment / Club Instructor (Robotics / Debate / Scouts / Adventure / IT / Cultural Clubs)
Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Enrichment & Club Instructors to support schools' Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs). The role involves conducting structured weekly sessions, guiding students in projects and competitions, and fostering critical thinking, creativity, and leadership through engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly CCA training sessions in the relevant area (e.g., Robotics, Debate, Scouts, Adventure, IT, Cultural).
  • Design lesson plans and hands-on activities aligned with MOE's CCA objectives.
  • Mentor students to participate in school-level and national-level competitions.
  • Instill teamwork, discipline, problem-solving, and innovation among students.
  • Collaborate with the teacher-in-charge on attendance, logistics, and reporting.

Requirements
  • Strong expertise in the relevant field (e.g., Robotics programming, Debate, Outdoor Leadership, IT, etc.).
  • Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring youths preferred.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students in group settings.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to plan interactive sessions.
