Roles & Responsibilities Locations: Islandwide Salary Package: Basic: Up to $2,500 + Commission High Commission (Uncapped) Additional Perks: Incentive trips & staff discounts Work Schedule: 5 days per week (including weekends, retail hours with 2 breaks) Key Responsibilities: Engage and assist walk-in customers with product recommendations. Deliver friendly, helpful, and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly sales goals through teamwork and enthusiasm. Maintain store cleanliness and product displays to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. Requirements: No experience needed – full training provided. Candidates with retail or sales experience are encouraged to apply. Entry-level candidates are welcome. Able to work weekends and retail hours ; those who can commit more than 5 days have an advantage (not compulsory).
