Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and negotiation with suppliers, as well as managing purchase orders and vendor relationships.

Job Description:

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and negotiating with various suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost competitiveness and service quality meet company requirements.
  • Managing purchase orders and updating the company's costing system.
  • Preparing monthly purchase reports and updates to vendor lists.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
  • Developing and maintaining databases of production consumables, ship store supplies, and spare parts for quotation and purchasing purposes.
  • Assisting with operations arrangements, including coordination with ship agents, superintendents, subcontractors, and repair teams.

  • Relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management.
