Lead Preschool Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Preschool Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preschool program, creating a secure and quality learning environment for children, and enriching their learning through effective teaching and learning practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families, while also contributing to the development of our preschool program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality preschool programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure excellence in teaching and learning practices
  • Foster strong relationships with families and the community to promote partnership and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and incorporate new ideas and approaches into our programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in leading preschool programs
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and families
