A Program Facilitator is responsible for providing care, guidance, and supervision to students in a safe and supportive environment outside of school hours. The role focuses on fostering students' social, emotional, and academic development while ensuring their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of students during centre operating hours.
  • Guide and support students in completing daily homework and revision.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct enrichment, recreational, and character-building activities.
  • Manage students' behaviour positively and maintain discipline in line with centre policies.
  • Provide care and attention to students' physical and emotional needs.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians on students' progress and concerns.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the centre, including meal distribution, attendance taking, and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Support inclusion by catering to the diverse learning and behavioural needs of children.
  • Uphold professional standards and ensure a nurturing and respectful environment.

Requirements:
  • Passion for working with children and guiding their development.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a group of children with patience and care.
  • Prior experience in student care, childcare, or education is an advantage.
