About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Beauty Trainer to join our team. As a Beauty Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting hands-on training sessions on various beauty treatments and developing updated training materials to align with industry trends.

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip therapists with the latest techniques and best practices in beauty treatments.
  • Evaluate the performance of therapists, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters growth and development among team members.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Trainer, preferably in a salon setting where you can demonstrate expertise in face and body treatments.
  • Certification in relevant areas such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or WSQ.
  • Strong knowledge of facial, body slimming, and beauty treatment techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting and influencing others.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing skill development.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a proactive approach.
