Principal Machine Learning Engineer – GenAI Modeling & Innovation Forge My client is a US-based SaaS platform for AI-powered ad creative optimization, supporting fully remote collaboration worldwide. Their platform helps brands and marketing teams produce high-converting ad creatives across major social channels and improve advertising performance. Powered by proprietary multimodal creative performance models, they predict creative win probability and enable a complete creative optimization loop—from generation to launch and performance analysis. This role will own end-to-end machine learning and generative multimodal model development: from problem framing, data pipelines, model training and evaluation, to production-grade inference and continuous optimization. You will focus on advancing image and UGC-style video generation, creative variation generation, and Ad Cloning for paid social advertising use cases. Responsibilities Build image/video ad generation capabilities using diffusion models, video generation models, or multimodal LLMs. Extract creative structure from reference ads (hooks, pacing, captions) and generate deployable creative variations. Optimize inference for low latency, streaming/iterative video generation, and consistency control. Design robust data pipelines and feature systems to ensure training data quality. Train, evaluate, and iterate on DL/ML models, aligning offline metrics & A/B testing outcomes. Deploy models to production as APIs or batch jobs, monitor performance and improve reliability. Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to ship high-impact creative capabilities into real ad workflows. Read and write technical documentation in English. Core Technical Skills Strong engineering skills in data/model/inference code quality, performance optimization, testing, and code review. Solid knowledge of deep learning, including Transformers, diffusion models, sequence/visual encoding, alignment, and evaluation. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following models: Stable Diffusion, Video Diffusion, LCM, ControlNet, LLaVA, VLM, V2V, I2V, or related multimodal generation models. Experience with experiment tracking, CI/CD, Docker containers, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure). Ability to read research papers and technical documentation in English and communicate in writing. Nice-to-Have (Pluses) Experience with LLM + Vision / VLM (prompt engineering, RAG, multimodal fine-tuning). Familiarity with advertising metrics and growth concepts: CTR, ROAS, CAC, creative fatigue, scaling strategies. Background in AdTech, recommendation/ranking, bidding, or attribution systems.
