Master Data Lead – Supply Chain Planning

We’re looking for an experienced Master Data Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how planning data is governed globally. Let’s Talk About the Role Lead data governance and stewardship for supply chain planning, ensuring accuracy across ERP and advanced planning systems. Define and execute data quality management processes including profiling, validation, measurement, and reporting. Support system implementations and upgrades through data readiness and migration activities. Partner with planning and analytics teams to align KPIs, reports, and data structures globally. Act as the data integrity lead for planning transformation projects, driving automation and building data literacy. Maintain documentation of governance policies, standards, and quality controls. Let’s Talk About You 5–10 years’ experience in master data analysis and management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in supply chain operations or planning. Strong business understanding of supply chain related processes, data elements, and performance metrics (forecast accuracy, supply adherence, inventory turns). Proven ability in data profiling, integrity analysis, governance, and integration troubleshooting. Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder). Proficiency in SQL, Power Query, or similar data management tools; visualization skills in Power BI/Tableau are a plus. Familiarity with data governance frameworks (DAMA‑DMBOK, DCAM) highly regarded.
