Learn more at About the Role Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and design, build, configure, and test the Workday solution to meet these requirements. Act as a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring new team members. Establish and maintain strong, constructive client relationships. Apply Workday and Strada methodologies. Contribute to high client satisfaction through a high standard of client service. Manage multiple concurrent projects. Stay current with the latest finance thinking, tools, and techniques, drawing upon this knowledge to deliver outstanding results. About You Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or financial discipline. Experience deploying Workday or other financial systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E‐Business, or other SaaS solutions. Experience translating business requirements into system requirements. Experience working with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Financial Accounting systems or functions. Consultancy experience is beneficial. Existing Workday certification is highly regarded; a relevant Workday certification, if not already held, must be attained and maintained. Advanced analytical and technical skills, evidenced by experience playing a role in projects or in a business‐as‐usual finance function. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good presentation and facilitation skills. Confident stakeholder management.
