About the opportunity:
Join our thriving and solid company in the Fintech industry. We are seeking a dedicated Reconciliation Specialist to join our dynamic and fast paced environment. What you will do:
Conduct daily financial reconciliations with payment processors ensuring all transactions and settlements are recorded accurately
Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly to maintain reliable and up to date financial data
Work closely with finance, operations and product teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automation in reconciliation workflows with processors
Requirements :
Degree or relevant studies in finance, economics or accounting
Previous experience in reconciliation, accounting, financial control or a related field
Advantage for candidates with background in working with payment systems or processors
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with advanced analytical capabilities
Strong command of written and spoken English
Ability to work with high accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills to investigate data discrepancies, identify anomalies and perform in depth reviews
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and contribute positively
