Senior Implementation Specialist

You will leverage the collective experience of the implementation team and follow an effective project management methodology to manage a portfolio of implementation projects, ensuring successful and on-time project completion. Your tasks will include managing project timelines, assisting customers in planning and tracking project deliverables, configuring customer software solutions, and conducting online customer meetings and trainings.Joining a close-knit and respectful team at NAVEX, you will have the opportunity for career growth with market-leading training and a commitment to helping you achieve your career goals. You will also play a significant role in making a real-life impact with our products and solutions, enjoy life flexibility, and be part of an inspiring culture that fosters growth and success.Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to all NAVEX customers- Set expectations, establish project timelines, and motivate customers to deliver within scope and on-time- Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution- Manage multiple implementation projects, prioritize responsibilities, execute deliverables, and track projects to successful completion- Maintain accurate customer and project records- Configure customer software using proprietary tools- Provide project status updates and reliable completion forecasts- Maintain individual Key Performance targets- Work on internal initiatives as directed by your team manager- Be present in the NAVEX office at least 2 days per week- Be available to NAVEX customers during assigned shifts (day, swing, or overnight)Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or implementation- Attention to detail, follow-through, reliability, and accountability- Ability to work independently and within a team- Quick learning and assimilation of new information- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently- Strong customer relationship building skills- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office- Competencies in communication, project management, and product and industry knowledge- Core competencies of accountability, customer focus, driving results, and building trustThe company believes in providing clear career paths and financial goals for every team member.
