We are seeking a seasoned SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in Plant Management . The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of SAP experience , including full lifecycle implementations in both ECC and S/4HANA environments, and a strong track record of leading solution design and delivery for complex SAP projects (RISE and non-RISE). What will you do?Lead SAP implementation and rollout projects, including RISE and non-RISE engagements. Conduct solution design workshops and drive process simplification initiatives. Architect and configure SAP MM/SD modules to meet business requirements. Prepare functional specifications, system configurations, and test plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business goals. Provide guidance and leadership to offshore and onshore teams. Deliver key user training and support post-go-live activities including hypercare. Manage the SD sub-stream workplan and ensure timely execution of deliverables. The ideal candidate should possess: Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP experience in Plant Maintenance modules. Proven experience in at least 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations. Strong understanding of SAP PM processes, including integration points. Experience with Fiori apps and process harmonization concepts. Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
