Head / Assistant Head - Policy & Compliance (3-year contract) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and review group-wide policies, standards and guidelines in ICT domains, working with ITSS subject experts and engaging central agencies (e.g. SNDGO, Gov Tech and CSA) where needed. ICT domains include cybersecurity, infocomm infrastucture and enterprise applications. Assess and review the compliance of the organisation’s ICT systems to government and group-wide ICT policies and standards through organising internal compliance checks and security reviews, and track the timely remediation of non-compliances and security vulnerabilities. Coordinate the conduct of external audits and compliance/ security reviews by central agencies (e.g. Gov Tech, CSA, AGO) and internal audit where needed, and promulgate learnings to all ITSS teams. Develop and deliver briefing/ training content on ICT policies and standards, as part of internal proficiency build-up within ITSS and organisation-wide communications and outreach. Organise, compile and analyse management reports on compliance and cybersecurity posture (e.g. Cybersecurity Dashboard) and highlight pertinent issues in a timely manner, working with other ITSS teams as needed. JOB REQUIREMENTS Background in ICT governance and security, knowledge of ICT goverance and security frameworks, policy and compliance frameworks, and network, system, database, applications & web controls. At least 7 years of prior experience in relevant areas, with good track record in policy development, compliance/ audit management, team management and vendor management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage various stakeholders and work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver results effectively and efficiently. Good at critical reasoning & analysis, problem-solving, good time management & prioritisation, and is resourceful.
