Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced procurement specialist to manage our organization's purchasing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, contract management, and office operations. They will be responsible for managing procurement from sourcing to contract preparation, ensuring compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management: Handle procurement from sourcing to contract preparation, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies, services, and vendor relationships.
  • Facility Maintenance: Coordinate facility maintenance and review facilities team performance.
  • IT Support: Support IT systems and liaise with suppliers.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and onboarding equipment.
  • Process Improvements: Contribute to process improvements and department projects.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Supply Chain Management preferred, or 3-5 years of procurement experience.
  • Skills: Knowledge of procurement in both public and private sectors is an advantage. Meticulous and attention to detail. Skills in contract drafting, IT, and facilities management are ideal.
