We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Psychologist to join our team. As an Associate Psychologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to individuals with disabilities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with an interdisciplinary team under the supervision of a Senior or Principal Psychologist. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Clinical Services: Assessing clients using standardized and informal methods, developing psychological formulations, and documenting essential facts and observations in a clear and coherent manner.
  • Service Administration: Maintaining accurate records, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Continuing Professional Development: Engaging in reflective practice, evaluating contemporary issues, and staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and professional codes of conduct.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across various settings, including early intervention, schools, and community outreach services. Our goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their highest level of independence and thrive in inclusive communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A Honours Degree in Psychology (at least Second Class Upper).
  • Preferably enrolled in a Master's Programme in Educational/Clinical Psychology with a recognized university.
  • Working experience in a special education setting will be a definite advantage.
  • Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents will be considered.
