Project Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to lead our architectural practice for industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conceptual design, project management, and contract management.

  • As the team lead, you will be responsible for preparing presentations to clients, tender packages, and authority submissions.
  • You will chair weekly client-consultant meetings and progress meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and coordinate site activities with contractors.
  • In addition, you will manage contracts during construction, issuing interim certificates, architectural instructions, and responding to requests for information.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Professional degree in architecture or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural practice
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
