Overview Position: Assistant Electrical Engineer (ES)Salary: $2,800 to $3,000 + AWS + VB Working Days: 5days 8:15am - 5:30pm Working Location: Joo Koon (Transport is provided from 6 MRT pickup points i.e.: Paya Lebar, Serangoon NEX, Bishan, Jurong East, Joon Koon, Woodlands)Requirements At least Diploma Electrical Power Engineering or Electrical Engineering Minimum one (1) year's experience in electrical engineering environment Training Provided for Entry Level Roles & Responsibilities To attend to site survey/meetings/discussions with client/contractors/sub-contractors on related matters together with the LEW (when required). Providing feasible solutions and coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors/contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensure the objectives are achieved. Ability to prepare report and method statement whenever necessary. Perform all electrical works in adherence to EMA regulations and guidelines with the LEW supervision Assisting the PE/LEW to carry out regular site inspections on LT and HT installations to ensure that all maintenance programmes are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines. Standby and partnering with LEW in attending to emergency call up services at customer installations. Investigate and determine the root cause of the faults and report (where applicable)Able to interpret basic schematics and SLD diagrams. Required to take on a Specialist Equipment role, may be sent to receive specialised training and subsequently providing training to internal staff. Plan and execution of corrective or preventive maintenance programme. Participate in and support Annual Shutdown exercises as and when required. Ensure proper housekeeping of spare parts, equipment and tools. Assist the LEW in Test and commissioning of electrical system. Provide excellent service to meet client expectations. Ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures. Responsibilities Data analysis skill to perform in-depth analysis the testing data collected from the field and to summarize the findings of collected data Good team player to work closely with the engineering team to understand the operation of various electrical equipment and systems. Willing to learn how to use various Condition monitoring software, sensors, testing instruments, Participate in-house training sessions or workshops to enhance the skills in data analysis Collaborate with team members to share insights and knowledge. Able to Understand High voltage electrical Network Microsoft office in expert mode to prepare test report and presentation material. Able to complete tasks assigned by team with minimum supervision.
