Service Supervisor (Spanish cuisine) x3
5.5 days, or 5 days (depending on roster), 44 hours per week
Salary: $3,000 - $3,300 + OT (Supervisor)
Location: Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar / PLQ 1, Paya Lebar
Job scope:
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience.
