About the Job The Field Support Technician plays a key role within the Technical Support Team, handling customer requests for on-site support — including training, preparing, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting — all while ensuring a high level of merchant satisfaction. Job Scope · Collect new Terminals and Work Order from office; return existing Terminals and completed Work Order to office · Preparation and loading of terminals. · Go onsite to various merchant locations to replace existing Terminals with new Terminals; train merchant on terminal usage · Require merchants to sign the Work Order to confirm acceptance of the new Terminal and retrieval of old Terminal . Check and confirm configuration and paperwork · Fault Call to be done island wide in Singapore Requirements - No prior experience required as on-the-job training will be provided - Good interpersonal communication skills - Have motorbike and valid Class 2B motorcycle license Job Details - 4-days work shift - Company phone will be provided Compensation and Benefits · The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, comprising a basic salary, motorcycle allowances, medical benefits, hands-on training, and various additional perks.
